Multimodal pathological image processing method, detection system and kit thereof

Abstract

The application provides a multimodal pathological image processing method, a detection system and a kit thereof. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring three digital pathological images of adjacent tissue sections of the same intraoperative lymph node sample; processing a cytokeratin 19 rapid immunohistochemical staining image and an epithelial membrane antigen rapid immunohistochemical staining image respectively, identifying a first target area meeting the cytokeratin 19 specific coloring feature and a second target area meeting the epithelial membrane antigen specific coloring feature; fusing the first target area and the second target area to determine a joint positive area, and performing spatial correlation and feature fusion between the joint positive area and an intraoperative frozen HE staining image to generate a fusion analysis result. The application solves the problem that the existing intraoperative frozen HE staining image is difficult to accurately identify a low-volume metastasis due to imaging artifacts and similar cell features, and the postoperative immunohistochemical detection is accurate but time-consuming and cannot meet the intraoperative time requirement.
