Integrated modular heat exchanger for vehicles

Abstract

The application provides a vehicle integrated modular heat exchanger, characterized by comprising a heat exchange core, an inlet liquid header, an outlet liquid header, a mounting bracket and a sealing end cover, the heat exchange core is formed by parallel stacking of multiple independent heat exchange units in a direction perpendicular to the fluid flow direction, the flow channels of the heat exchange units are parallel to each other, the heat exchange units are internally provided with staggered flow disturbing columns, and the left and right ends of the heat exchange core are respectively welded with the inlet liquid header and the outlet liquid header; the micro-channel plate structure is combined with the rhombic flow disturbing column design, the fluid boundary layer can be damaged, the fluid turbulence intensity is enhanced, the convective heat transfer coefficient is improved, meanwhile, the micro-channel structure greatly increases the heat exchange area, the parallel flow channel design reduces the overall flow resistance, and the overall heat exchange performance is further improved.
