Direct current step-down converter

Abstract

The application discloses a DC voltage reduction converter, comprising a voltage input end, a first-stage voltage reduction module, an inductor element, a second-stage voltage reduction module and a voltage output end which are electrically connected in sequence; the first-stage voltage reduction module comprises a switched capacitor voltage reduction structure composed of a switching component and a capacitor, is used for reducing and converting an input DC voltage, and provides a reduced voltage to the inductor element; the inductor element is used for storing energy between the first-stage voltage reduction module and the second-stage voltage reduction module to realize energy coupling and maintain current continuity; the second-stage voltage reduction module comprises a switched capacitor voltage reduction structure composed of a switching component and a capacitor, and comprises at least two parallel switched capacitor voltage reduction branches, is used for reducing and converting a voltage output by the inductor element, and supplies power to the voltage output end. The DC voltage reduction converter can realize a higher voltage conversion ratio and has a larger output current capacity in a high-voltage input and low-voltage output application scenario.
