Abstract

This invention discloses a tissue membrane fixation nail and its usage method, relating to the field of biomedical engineering technology. The tissue membrane fixation nail comprises a coaxially integrally formed cap, rod, and tip. The cap has a flat-head structure, the rod is cylindrical, and the rod has at least one axial straight groove and at least three radial annular grooves. The straight groove is arranged axially along the rod and parallel to its centerline. The bottom of the annular grooves is rounded near the cap and has a right-angled bottom near the tip. The tip is conical, with an apex angle less than or equal to 60°. The flat-head cap applies force evenly, allowing for precise control of the implantation depth and ensuring accurate tissue membrane implantation. The axial straight groove of the rod can accommodate bone fragments generated during implantation to reduce implantation resistance. The right-angled structure of the radial annular grooves near the tip provides a locking effect, ensuring a tight bond between the tissue membrane and bone tissue, effectively improving the accuracy and stability of tissue membrane implantation.
