Abstract

This invention discloses an automatic material changing and distributing mechanism for Type II rail fasteners, comprising a storage and changing mechanism, a distributing mechanism, a chute, a forming mold, and a sliding table module, arranged sequentially from top to bottom. The storage and changing mechanism stores and automatically switches between the three types of fastener components; the distributing mechanism separates and supplies the same type of material sequentially; the chute guides the material into the forming mold in a fixed position; the forming mold completes the fastener distribution and forming; and the sliding table module transports the formed fastener to a designated location. This invention utilizes the material's own gravity to achieve automatic distributing and forming of fastener components, is vehicle-mounted, suitable for continuous material distribution operations on long-distance rail fasteners, and can simultaneously complete the distribution of two sets of fasteners, significantly reducing manual labor intensity and improving operational efficiency and safety.
