Process for preparing a crack-resistant concrete

Abstract

This invention discloses a preparation process for crack-resistant concrete, belonging to the field of crack-resistant concrete preparation. The method includes the following steps: preparing raw materials including aggregates, temperature-controlled low-carbon crack-resistant materials, cement, water-reducing agents, polyurethane resin microcapsules, superabsorbent resin, and nano-silica, and pretreating the raw materials; mixing the pretreated polyurethane resin microcapsules, superabsorbent resin, and nano-silica to prepare a crack-resistant mixture; this invention effectively solves the early cracking problem of concrete containing temperature-controlled low-carbon crack-resistant materials by combining steps such as raw material pretreatment, crack-resistant mixture preparation, and mix proportion optimization based on mathematical models, achieving scientific quantitative design of mix proportions, improving the stability of crack-resistant concrete strength and crack resistance, and meeting the needs of low-carbon development, providing efficient and precise crack-resistant concrete preparation solutions for different engineering scenarios.
