This invention discloses a method for repairing failed graphite based on biomass hydrothermal-high-temperature carbonization coating. By treating failed graphite coated with amorphous carbon at high temperatures, effective repair of structural defects and reduction of impurity content are achieved. While maintaining the stability of the graphite structure, interfacial carbon atom reconstruction is induced, effectively filling interlayer defects, edge gaps, and microcracks, thus repairing structural defects in the failed graphite material.
