T cell antigen receptors, t cells specific for lmp2, and uses thereof

Abstract

This invention provides a T-cell antigen receptor, LMP2-specific T cells, and their applications. This T-cell antigen receptor specifically recognizes EBV antigens and is composed of a TCRα chain and a TCRβ chain, wherein the TCRα chain contains CDR1α, CDR2α, and CDR3α; and the TCRβ chain contains CDR1β, CDR2β, and CDR3β. The T-cell antigen receptor provided by this invention binds to the EBV latent membrane protein LMP2. T cells transduced with this TCR can specifically recognize the corresponding pMHC complex, generating high levels of TCR-T cell activation and exhibiting significant functional activity against EBV-infected target cells, thus treating EBV-related diseases.
