Low-noise self-heat-dissipation type hydraulic station

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of hydraulic power station technology, specifically a low-noise, self-cooling hydraulic power station. The station includes an oil tank with detachably mounted supports on both sides. An oil pump is detachably mounted on the surface of the oil tank, with its input end connected to the tank. An overflow valve is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the tank, an accumulator is detachably mounted on the surface of the tank, and a connecting valve is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the tank. Cooling fins are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the tank, and a fin cleaning device is installed on the tank. This low-noise, self-cooling hydraulic power station minimizes the need for regular manual cleaning and maintenance of the cooling fins. During the interval between maintenance operations, dust adhering to the fin surface continuously thickens and forms a heat-insulating barrier layer, preventing effective contact between the cooling fins and the air, weakening their heat exchange performance, and leading to a decrease in the heat exchange efficiency of the cooling fins.
