Abstract

This invention discloses a stable connection structure for an elastic pin coupling, comprising a first coupling, a second coupling disposed above the first coupling, and connecting components fixedly installed on the outer walls of the second coupling and the first coupling, respectively. The connecting components include an L-shaped bracket and a circular hole. The L-shaped bracket is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the second coupling, and the circular hole is located on one side of the L-shaped bracket. This invention relates to the field of elastic pin coupling technology. This stable connection structure of the elastic pin coupling, through the provided connecting components, allows for a relatively secure connection between the shaft and the coupling, preventing loosening during actual use and avoiding abnormal noises caused by loosening. The clamping force is consistently maintained, effectively resisting various external impacts and vibrations, ensuring a tight connection between the shaft and the coupling, thereby enabling the entire transmission system to operate stably and reliably.
