Smart operation management method and system for cloud computer, storage medium and electronic device

Abstract

This application provides an intelligent operation and management method and system for cloud computers, as well as storage media and electronic devices, relating to the field of cloud computing technology. The method includes: collecting multi-dimensional data on the cloud computer's operating status; storing the multi-dimensional data in InfluxDB, MongoDB, and CMDB respectively; analyzing the multi-dimensional data to identify anomalies and uncover root causes of failures; using a time series forecasting model to predict resource requirements and constructing an operation and maintenance knowledge graph for reasoning; and generating operation and maintenance decisions, including event handling scripts, intelligent scaling operations, or natural language interactive suggestions, based on the comprehensive analysis results. This application can achieve accurate anomaly identification, root cause localization, trend prediction, and intelligent decision-making collaboration on massive, multi-source, heterogeneous operation and maintenance data of cloud computers, significantly improving cloud computer operation and maintenance efficiency and user experience.
