Abstract

This invention relates to a method and system for constructing a crack molecular dynamics model based on digital holography. The method includes: acquiring an initial hologram of the sample before excitation and an excited hologram after excitation, and performing inverse Fourier transforms on both to obtain complex amplitude information before and after excitation; further calculating the phase difference to obtain a wrapped deformation phase map, and performing filtering and unwrapping processing to obtain continuous phase distribution data; extracting the microcrack centerline from the continuous phase distribution data, calculating the local curvature, and smoothing the high curvature region according to a preset threshold; smoothing the contour of the centerline to generate a smooth and continuous spline smoothing curve; converting the spline smoothing curve into a computer-recognizable mask file, applying it to the initial molecular dynamics model, deleting atoms within the region defined by the mask file, and generating the final molecular dynamics model containing the microcrack. Compared with existing technologies, this invention has the advantage of high modeling realism.
