Method for manufacturing perovskite cell, perovskite cell and photovoltaic module

Abstract

This application provides a method for fabricating a perovskite solar cell, a perovskite solar cell, and a photovoltaic module. The method for fabricating the perovskite solar cell includes: adding an electron transport material to a perovskite precursor solution to obtain a mixed precursor solution; coating the mixed precursor solution onto conductive glass, and drying it to form a perovskite layer and an electron transport layer, wherein the electron transport layer is located between the perovskite layer and the conductive glass; and forming a carbon electrode on the surface of the perovskite layer away from the conductive glass to obtain a perovskite solar cell. This fabrication method can directly fabricate the perovskite layer and electron transport layer on the conductive glass in a one-step process, and then fabricate the carbon electrode. This achieves the fabrication of the main functional layers of the perovskite solar cell using an all-solution method, and obtains a simple and stable perovskite solar cell in two steps, greatly reducing production costs and significantly improving production efficiency.
