This invention discloses a method for preparing acesulfame potassium granules, which specifically includes the following steps: (1) heating and dissolving an acesulfame potassium aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 40-50%, followed by cooling, crystallization, separation, and drying to obtain acesulfame potassium powder; (2) adding the acesulfame potassium powder with a certain water content to a constant temperature and humidity stirring vessel, and performing two "low-high-low" relative humidity cycles under certain temperature and stirring rate conditions, with a single humidity change of 30 minutes, i.e., this stage is 2 hours; (3) introducing nitrogen to maintain a certain positive pressure, and maintaining the low humidity and stirring in (2) for 3 hours, and then drying the material at 50°C for 4 hours to obtain acesulfame potassium spherical or near-spherical granules.
