A dust collecting device for petroleum calcined coke production

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of dust collection and removal technology for petroleum calcined coke, and discloses a dust collection and removal device for petroleum calcined coke production, including a pulse bag filter. An inlet pipe is fixedly installed at the lower left end of the pulse bag filter, and a blowing control mechanism is installed inside the inlet pipe. This dust collection and removal device for petroleum calcined coke production utilizes the flow power of the flue gas in the inlet pipe to drive the impeller blades and impeller shaft to rotate. When pulse jetting causes a sudden change in airflow, the change in impeller shaft speed is transmitted to rack one via connecting gear one. With the assistance of connecting springs and telescopic rods, rack one moves rapidly in the opposite direction, which in turn drives rack two to move to the left via the vertical frame. This causes the upper surface of rack two to mesh with connecting gear two on the air regulating valve control rod, driving the control rod to rotate. This achieves automatic closing or partial closing of the air regulating valve during pulse jetting, instantly cutting off the suction force of the fan on the dust collector.
