A bag filter dust collector with easy-to-disassemble filter

Abstract

This invention relates to a baghouse dust collector with easily disassembled filters, comprising a support frame, a middle housing fixedly connected to the top of the support frame, an upper housing fixedly connected to the top of the middle housing, a tube sheet fixedly connected between the upper housing and the middle housing, and several filters mounted on the tube sheet. Each filter includes a filter cartridge, the top of which is fixed to the tube sheet by bolts. Multiple fixing ropes are provided on the top of the tube sheet. Multiple locking blocks are provided inside the middle housing, and feedback components are installed on the top of the locking blocks. A pre-filter is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the filter cartridge, and a fine filter is coaxially arranged at the center of the filter cartridge. An air inlet plate is fixedly connected to the bottom inner wall of the filter cartridge. The pre-filter includes an air inlet box, the outer wall of which is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the filter cartridge, and a spiral dust collection plate is provided on the inner wall of the air inlet box. This invention achieves automatic isolation of damaged filters and continuous operation of the equipment without shutdown, while simplifying the overall filter disassembly and assembly process and improving equipment maintenance efficiency.
