Quantitative mixing and backflow monitoring equipment for joint joint grouting waterproof

Abstract

This invention discloses a quantitative mixing and backflow monitoring device for waterproofing grouting at joints, relating to the field of prefabricated building waterproofing construction technology. The device includes a mixing mechanism, a first storage mechanism, and a second storage mechanism. The mixing mechanism includes a balancing component, a mixing component, a mixing pipe, and an outlet pipe. The mixing pipe and the balancing component are connected. The mixing component has an outlet and an inlet on its upper and lower sides, respectively. The first storage mechanism includes a first storage cylinder and a first outlet pipe, with a first grout inside the first storage cylinder. The second storage mechanism includes a second storage cylinder and a second outlet pipe, with a second grout inside the second storage cylinder. This invention automatically mixes two grouts according to a set ratio and quantitatively injects them into the joint. When the joint is fully filled, changes in flow rate and pressure occur in the backflow branch, automatically reducing and maintaining pressure to achieve automatic adjustment of the grouting ratio, injection volume, and filling state, reducing voids, leakage, and the need for secondary grouting.
