Abstract

This invention discloses an automatic plate-separating mechanism for a steel plate processing production line integrating industrial vision technology. It relates to the technical field of steel plate plate-separating mechanisms based on industrial vision, and includes a frame, a lifting feeding mechanism, a magnetic plate-separating assembly, a pneumatic paddle-assisted separation mechanism, an industrial vision component, and a conveying device. The feeding mechanism is equipped with a quality sensor, the magnetic assembly includes an electrically controlled permanent magnet chuck, the vision component includes a laser rangefinder, and the auxiliary separation mechanism includes a separation paddle and a vibration motor. The system uses visual perception to drive dynamic height compensation of the feeding mechanism, combined with feedback from the quality sensor to determine the quantity picked up. If continuous sheeting occurs, physical intervention and vibration stripping by the paddle are triggered. This application can effectively eliminate continuous sheeting faults caused by oil film adsorption through magnetic control, quality feedback, and physical oscillation collaboration, improve the stability of the feeding cycle and specification compatibility, and realize digital monitoring of the plate-separating process.
