Aqueous fluorine-containing acrylate emulsion, and preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of lithium battery materials technology, specifically to an aqueous fluorinated acrylate emulsion, its preparation method, and its application. The aqueous fluorinated acrylate emulsion, by weight, comprises the following raw materials: 60-70 parts deionized water, 1.5-3 parts fluorinated acrylic monomers, 15-30 parts hydrophilic acrylic monomers, and 1.8-2.2 parts by weight of an initiator aqueous solution with a concentration of 8-12 wt%. The aqueous fluorinated acrylate emulsion prepared by this invention does not contain dispersants or emulsifiers and has the characteristics of low viscosity and high solids content. It is suitable for preparing high-solids-content, low-viscosity lithium battery electrode slurries or lithium battery separator coatings. While maintaining excellent rheological properties, it can effectively reduce coating and drying energy consumption, demonstrating significant application performance advantages.
