Coke oven gas re-purification device, system and method

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of coke oven gas purification, and relates to a coke oven gas re-purification device, system, and method. Currently, impurities still remain after coke oven gas purification. Therefore, this invention provides a coke oven gas re-purification device, comprising: a first gas delivery pipeline and a second gas delivery pipeline. The first gas delivery pipeline uses an ultrasonic atomizer to atomize the detergent, which is then mixed with the coke oven gas to remove impurities. The gas then passes through the second gas delivery pipeline, which includes an electrostatic precipitator to recover the atomized detergent. This invention offers the advantages of rapid re-purification and is well-suited for current coke oven gas purification systems.
