Abstract

This invention discloses a method for establishing a duck embryo kidney mesenchymal stem cell suspension cell line and its application, belonging to the field of biopharmaceutical technology. The method for establishing the duck embryo kidney mesenchymal stem cell suspension cell line includes the following steps: obtaining adherent cells; sequentially digesting, pre-coating, and expanding the adherent cells to obtain the duck embryo kidney mesenchymal stem cell suspension cell line; the pre-coating culture medium is serum medium, and the expanding culture medium is a first suspension medium, which does not contain serum.
