A multi-spooling equipment automatic configuration system and a control method thereof

Abstract

This invention discloses an automatic configuration system and control method for multiple spinning equipment. The control method includes: sequentially obtaining whether the communication type and inherent parameters of a host computer match those of the spinning equipment it is electrically connected to; if so, the host computer and the spinning equipment are successfully paired; obtaining the corresponding preset configuration parameters and configuring the spinning equipment; repeating this process until all preset configuration parameters in the host computer are configured. This control method utilizes the communication capability between the host computer and the spinning equipment to sequentially check whether the inherent parameters of each spinning equipment match the preset configuration parameters. By comparing the inherent parameters, it ensures that the spinning equipment matches the preset configuration of the host computer, providing an accurate basis for subsequent configuration work. After successful pairing, the operation of the spinning equipment can be configured according to the configuration parameters corresponding to the preset information, avoiding traditional manual configuration, greatly improving configuration efficiency, and reducing human error.
