A high-brightness fluorescent nylon filament, its preparation method and application

Abstract

This invention discloses a high-brightness fluorescent nylon filament, its preparation method, and its application. Using butanetetracarboxylic acid and nitrogen / sulfur-containing small molecules (thioacetamide or cysteine) as precursors, carbon quantum dots with red fluorescence are obtained through solvothermal synthesis under N,N-dimethylamide solvent and acidic conditions. Based on this, the carbon quantum dots are loaded onto the surface of nylon fibers treated with polyamidoses using ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether as a crosslinking agent. The resulting nylon filament is colorless or pale yellow under natural light, but emits bright red fluorescence under ultraviolet light or specific blue light irradiation, exhibiting significant high brightness and anti-counterfeiting effects.
