A thermal underwear based on optimized camel hair fiber and its preparation method

Abstract

This invention discloses a thermal underwear based on optimized camel hair fiber and its preparation method, belonging to the field of textile technology. The thermal underwear comprises camel hair fiber optimized by a treatment composition, which includes 0.5%-5% of a hydrophilic softener and 1%-10% of a thermal management agent. The preparation method includes steps such as camel hair fiber pretreatment, treatment composition formulation, optimization treatment at 40-60℃, post-treatment, and finished product manufacturing. The thermal underwear can be a knitted underwear made from a blend of optimized camel hair fibers, or thermal pants made with cotton fabric as the inner and outer linings, sandwiching an optimized camel hair fiber thermal insulation layer. Through the combination of specific components and process conditions, the resulting thermal underwear significantly improves wearing comfort, thermal management performance, and structural diversity while maintaining the natural characteristics of camel hair fibers. The process route is clear and suitable for large-scale production.
