An overburden separation grouting optimization method, device and medium

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of mining engineering and discloses an optimized method, equipment, and medium for grouting of overburden delamination. The method includes: determining key strata within the overburden based on its parameters; determining the lithology, height, and degree of delamination development between key strata based on their parameters, thereby obtaining effective grouting layers; constructing a grouting delamination model based on the overburden parameters to determine the maximum delamination development value; and determining the delamination grouting volume based on the relationship between the maximum delamination development value and the maximum allowable subsidence value of the underlying strata. This invention can effectively eliminate ineffective delaminations, obtain accurate and efficient grouting layers, and precisely determine the delamination grouting volume, playing a crucial role in controlling subsidence reduction through grouting in weak overburden delamination.
