A sliding two-position three-way valve

Abstract

This invention discloses a sliding two-position three-way valve, relating to the field of pneumatic valve technology. It includes a valve body and a valve core. The valve body has an internal receiving cavity, in which the valve core is axially movable. A partition is formed within the valve body, dividing the receiving cavity into two flow chambers. A through-hole is formed on the partition connecting the two flow chambers. The valve core passes through the through-hole, with a gap between the valve core and the inner wall of the through-hole. A flow channel is formed on the partition. Two sealing discs extend radially from the portion of the valve core outside the through-hole, located on opposite sides of the partition. A gap exists between the sealing discs and the inner wall of the valve body. When the sealing discs abut against the partition, they seal the through-hole. The beneficial effect of this invention is that the valve core only needs to abut against the partition to seal the through-hole during movement, preventing a decrease in sealing performance due to friction during long-term use.
