Abstract

This application discloses a probe card detection method, detection system, computer equipment, and storage medium. The probe card detection method includes the following steps: S1, pre-storing the position information of the object to be tested, including a reference height and reference coordinates; S2, acquiring the measured coordinates of the object to be tested on the probe card; S3, controlling the detection head to move to a preset position according to the measured coordinates and the reference coordinates to detect the height of the object to be tested relative to a reference surface, obtaining the measured height; S4, outputting the current installation status of the object to be tested based on the difference between the measured height and the pre-stored reference height, including a current installation status, a non-current installation status, or a missing installation status. By using the above probe card detection method to detect the object to be tested, manual detection is no longer required; therefore, the detection efficiency is high, and human error (MO) is less likely to occur.
