The application provides a self-powered flexible wearable sensor and a temperature monitoring method, wherein an energy supply module utilizes a humidity gradient formed in a composite layer thickness direction by leaf transpiration to trigger a protonation reaction and functional group charge separation of chitosan, spontaneously form a potential difference between a leaf end close side and a leaf end far side, and supply power by using the potential difference; a leaf temperature monitoring module senses a leaf temperature change and converts the leaf temperature change into a first resistance; a leaf humidity monitoring module senses a leaf humidity change and converts the leaf humidity change into a second resistance; a wireless sending module converts the first resistance into a leaf temperature, converts the second resistance into a leaf humidity, and transmits the leaf temperature and the leaf humidity to an upper computer; and the leaf humidity is used for correcting the leaf temperature to obtain a corrected leaf temperature. Through the embodiment, the accuracy of leaf temperature measurement is improved.
