Anchord cable stress analysis and early warning method and related products

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of anchorage structure analysis in geotechnical engineering and underground engineering, specifically to a method and related products for anchorage stress analysis and early warning. Driven by a free displacement release function of the surrounding rock, it couples a viscoplastic aging unit for surrounding rock end damage, an anchorage compression-friction slip / constant resistance pressure relief unit, and an anchorage viscoelastic relaxation-elastoplastic-fracture unit in series to establish conditions for overall displacement coordination and axial force consistency. It uses step-by-step time-history iterative updates to the surrounding rock damage, viscoplasticity, and anchorage slippage states to obtain the evolution of anchorage axial force over time and provide a failure risk time window. Furthermore, a parameter inversion process is constructed based on joint displacement-axial force monitoring data to achieve model parameter identification and engineering early warning. This invention can explain the gradually increasing-suddenly decreasing anchorage stress characteristics and is applicable to the design and safety assessment of anchorage structures under excavation unloading and long-term aging effects in underground caverns, slopes, and foundation pits.
