Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of railway vehicle component testing technology, and provides a performance testing device and system for railway freight car handbrakes. The invention includes the following functional modules: a user access control module; a hardware calibration and parameter configuration module; an automatic test control module; a data acquisition and visualization module; a data storage and report generation module; and a historical data query module. This invention, according to technical requirements, automatically performs output force performance tests and cyclic fatigue life tests on railway freight car handbrakes. By introducing machine learning-based wear factor extraction, wear trend analysis, and lifespan extension strategy modules, it achieves real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance of the equipment's health status. It can dynamically adjust operating parameters to reduce wear when abnormal wear is identified, thereby significantly extending the equipment's service life and operational reliability while ensuring the smooth completion of testing operations.
