A roadbed fill compaction testing device based on stiffness feedback and its application method

Abstract

This invention discloses a roadbed fill compaction testing device and its application method based on stiffness feedback. The testing device includes a dynamic loading module, a response acquisition module, a data processing and stiffness inversion module, and a human-machine interaction and communication module. The dynamic loading module applies a controllable dynamic excitation load to the fill layer; the response acquisition module collects mechanical response signals; the data processing and stiffness inversion module calculates equivalent stiffness parameters; and the human-machine interaction and communication module displays the results and outputs them to an external system. This invention uses stiffness as a compaction quality control index, enabling rapid and repeated testing during construction and closed-loop control of layered compaction, thereby improving the uniformity of compaction quality and construction efficiency.
