A smart method and system for detecting hollow areas

Abstract

This invention discloses an intelligent method and system for detecting hollow tiles, comprising: acquiring audio signals, acceleration data, and image data under standard tapping conditions; identifying valid tapping events and determining hollow tile detection event data; obtaining valid response signals; extracting frequency domain characteristics, attenuation features, and zero-crossing rates to construct a multi-dimensional feature set; constructing a brick structure state recognition model to obtain the probability value corresponding to the hollow tile state at the tapping point and determine the structural state of the tapping point; determining the set of brick grid node coordinates to obtain the actual detection plane coordinates of the tapping point and generating spatial information data of the hollow tile tapping point; generating a thermal distribution matrix based on the hollow tile tapping point data with spatial information and the hollow tile state probability value, and obtaining a brick hollow tile detection dataset. Through the technical method provided by this invention, high-precision identification and spatial positioning of the hollow tile state of exterior wall cladding can be achieved, improving the automation level of the detection process and the reliability of the detection results.
