The electromagnetic ultrasonic surface wave transducer includes a partition; two sets of periodic magnet arrays, which are arranged on both sides of the partition, each periodic magnet array including multiple arrayed magnet pieces, with a magnet unit gap between adjacent magnet pieces on one side of the partition; and a coil assembly. This invention utilizes an electromagnetic ultrasonic testing structure that combines periodic magnet arrays arranged on both sides of the partition with a runway coil, fully leveraging the bidirectional magnetic field generated by the magnets in the vertical and horizontal directions to achieve synergistic excitation of Lorentz force and magnetostrictive force, significantly improving the ultrasonic surface wave excitation efficiency and signal strength.
