This invention discloses a sliding-blocking energy response testing device and control method based on CNC low-speed loading, comprising a loading device, a slide bed, a slide rail, and a blocking device. The loading device includes a loading rate controller, a lifting rod, a loading device base, and a thrust plate. The loading device drives the thrust plate through the loading rate controller to apply a thrust to the sliding body set on the slide bed, causing the sliding body to slide along the slide rail direction. The blocking device includes a sliding baffle, a detachable spring, and a fixed baffle. The detachable spring is located between the sliding baffle and the fixed baffle, outputting a blocking reaction force when the sliding body contacts the sliding baffle. The equivalent stiffness of the blocking force can be adjusted by replacing the detachable spring. This invention facilitates experimental research on the response law, energy transfer, and dissipation characteristics of landslides under complex external conditions, improving the repeatability and parameter comparability of the experiment.
