A general data packet construction method for pressure-bearing segments in the whole process integration

Abstract

This invention provides a method for constructing a universal data package for withstand voltage segments in a fully integrated process, relating to the technical field of intelligent manufacturing. The method includes: performing unified semantic mapping on multi-source heterogeneous data generated during the design, manufacturing, inspection, and service stages of withstand voltage segments to construct an expression data set; establishing mapping relationships between geometric expression subsets, process expression subsets, inspection expression subsets, and service expression subsets to form a fully coupled data structure; performing layered encapsulation on this basis and embedding data package identifiers, version control information, and access control policies to generate a universal data package; subsequently performing incremental updates based on the service expression subset and triggering reverse correction propagation on the inspection expression subset and process expression subset; further obtaining verification results through verification, conflict resolution, and historical version difference backtracking; and outputting the target universal data package to support multi-system calls when conditions are met.
