A method and system for managing enterprise consulting services in multi-cloud heterogeneous environments

Abstract

This invention provides a method and system for managing enterprise consulting services in a multi-cloud heterogeneous environment, relating to the field of data processing technology. The method includes: connecting to multiple heterogeneous cloud platforms of an enterprise via a unified interface, and collecting enterprise consulting-related data from each cloud platform based on the connection results; constructing a dynamic strategy engine based on multi-dimensional standards for enterprise consulting service management, and binding the dynamic strategy engine with enterprise consulting-related data to build an enterprise consulting service strategy library corresponding to the multi-dimensional standards; receiving consulting service requests submitted by users, and parsing the requests based on the dynamic strategy engine and the enterprise consulting service strategy library to output the optimal consulting service strategy; and managing enterprise consulting services based on the optimal consulting service strategy. This makes enterprise consulting service management more intelligent, efficient, and scalable.
