A linear coil winding apparatus and process

Abstract

This invention discloses a linear coil winding device and process, including a base, and a fixed clamping end, a central rotating connector, and a retractable clamping end arranged sequentially along a first direction. The fixed clamping end and the retractable clamping end are movably connected through the central rotating connector. Both the central rotating connector and the retractable clamping end reciprocate along the first direction. This invention relates to the field of coil winding equipment technology. The beneficial effect of this invention is that by switching the first and second relative positions of the winding end and the return bend end in the right-angle winding device, each layer of coil is wound from the beginning to the end, and then directly returns to the beginning to wind the next layer. This eliminates the 2-fold relationship in the interlayer working field strength formula caused by the traditional U-shaped back-and-forth winding. After the interlayer working field strength is reduced, the potential difference between adjacent layers is correspondingly reduced, reducing the required thickness and amount of interlayer insulation material and controlling manufacturing costs.
