Abstract

This invention discloses a stamping die structure for a fuel tank bracket, relating to the field of stamping die technology. The invention includes an outer frame body, with a lower die fixed to the bottom of the inner wall of the outer frame body, an electric push rod fixed to the top of the outer frame body, and an upper die fixed to the bottom of the telescopic end of the electric push rod. Two vertical rods are fixed between the top and bottom of the inner wall of the outer frame body, and placement blocks are slidably installed on the outer walls of both vertical rods. This invention, through the inclusion of an anti-deformation device, ensures that the movement of the F-shaped moving block drives the electric push rod, the frame body, and the formed fuel tank bracket to move, thereby allowing the angle of the formed fuel tank bracket to be fixed within a certain time. This prevents the formed fuel tank bracket from springing back and changing its angle when removed by the operator.
