Abstract

This invention discloses a graded rotary printing roller storage system, comprising a housing with a roller outlet, a main drum rotatably mounted within the housing around its axis, multiple auxiliary drums arranged in a circumferential array, each auxiliary drum having multiple printing roller positions, each auxiliary drum connected to the main drum via a connector, and each auxiliary drum also rotatably connected to a corresponding connector to rotate around its own axis, and a drive device located within the outer housing, connected to the auxiliary drum rotated to the roller outlet. This invention employs a roller-insertion storage method. This allows the printing rollers to be pulled out horizontally from the end during retrieval, eliminating the need for pre-reserved gripping gaps between rollers, thus avoiding the space waste problem caused by the need to avoid robotic arms in existing technologies. This allows for a more compact arrangement of printing rollers during storage, reducing the overall size of the equipment.
