Abstract
The present application relates to a new generation of synthesis method of bamboo powder filled degradable plastics. The eutectic solvent is used to extract bamboo cellulose, and the choline chloride, lactic acid and ethylene glycol are mixed according to a specific molar ratio, stirred and reacted at a certain temperature, and then mixed and reacted with bamboo powder according to a mass ratio to extract light-colored and high-purity cellulose. Then, the sodium hypochlorite solution is used for immersion and ultraviolet lamp irradiation to remove the chromophore group, and the cellulose is treated by suction filtration, ethanol immersion and the like, and then dried, ground and sieved. Then, according to the mass ratio, the cellulose is mixed with degradable polymer plastics such as polylactic acid (PLA) and polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) to mechanically stir and blow film to obtain the product. The prepared bamboo powder filled and enhanced degradable plastics maintain good degradation performance, the mechanical properties are significantly improved, the cost is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.
