Crossed roller bearing endurance test device

Abstract

This invention provides a durability testing device for crossed roller bearings, comprising a mounting base, a mandrel, a radial loading assembly, an axial loading assembly, and a drive assembly. One end of the mandrel is rotatably mounted on the mounting base, and the other end of the mandrel is connected to the output shaft of the drive assembly. The mounting base includes a plate, a connecting block, and a test bearing. A test station is formed between the plate and the mandrel. The test bearing is installed between the connecting block and the mandrel, with the plate and the connecting block spaced apart. The radial loading assembly includes a radial loading element, and the axial loading assembly includes an axial loading element. Both the radial and axial loading elements abut against the connecting block.
