Abstract

This invention discloses a method, apparatus, computer device, and readable storage medium for managing adhesive dispensing. The method includes: acquiring adhesive quantity status data of a target dispensing port during the dispensing process, wherein the adhesive quantity status data is used to determine the dispensing status of the target dispensing port; determining the dispensing status result corresponding to the target dispensing port based on the adhesive quantity status data and a preset dispensing quantity rule corresponding to the target dispensing port; generating an anomaly handling instruction when the dispensing status result meets preset dispensing anomaly conditions; and outputting a corresponding anomaly control signal based on the anomaly handling instruction to stop dispensing adhesive from the adhesive supply actuator corresponding to the target dispensing port. Through the above method steps, insufficient adhesive quantity, no dispensing, or adhesive path anomalies can be identified based on the actual adhesive quantity status of the target dispensing port, and the adhesive supply can be stopped promptly in case of an anomaly, which helps to reduce poor bonding and product defect rates caused by dispensing anomalies.
