This invention discloses a method for inverting the intrinsic temperature field of an unknown target based on multi-time-segment infrared images. The method includes: acquiring and performing blind pixel and anomalous pixel detection, compensation, and pixel averaging on infrared images of the target at N different time periods to obtain N corrected images; acquiring the region of each substructure of the target in each corrected image, and acquiring the region of the ground background with a similar observation angle to the target in each corrected image; obtaining the equivalent outgoing radiance sequence of the ground background region and the equivalent radiance sequence before the entrance pupil of each substructure based on the generated atmospheric transmittance sequence, path radiation sequence, and down-sky radiation sequence in the mid-wave infrared band; and calculating the intrinsic thermal radiation field sequence of each substructure under conditions with and without direct sunlight based on the target radiation model, sequence, sequence, and sequence. The intrinsic thermal radiation distribution of the object obtained by this invention is more accurate.
