Photovoltaic module and method and apparatus for manufacturing the same

Abstract

The application provides a photovoltaic module and a preparation method and a preparation device thereof. The preparation method of the photovoltaic module comprises the following steps: obtaining a bus bar and a cell piece, the first surface of the cell piece is welded with a solder strip, and the solder strip has a solder strip protruding part which protrudes relative to the cell piece; the solder strip protruding part is bent relative to the first surface by a first preset angle; and the bus bar is welded with the solder strip protruding part. The solder strip protruding part is bent relative to the first surface by the first preset angle, so that the solder strip protruding part is located on the side of the cell piece close to or away from the first surface. When the solder strip protruding part bent by the first preset angle is welded with the bus bar, the pressing welding direction and the thickness direction of the cell piece form a first preset angle, thereby solving the problem that the pressing welding direction is consistent with the thickness direction of the cell piece when the bus bar is welded with the solder strip in the prior art, and the cell piece is forced. The damage rate of the cell piece is reduced, and the yield of the production line of the cell piece is improved.
