Abstract

This invention relates to the field of fruit and vegetable juice processing technology, specifically to a material separation device for fruit and vegetable juice processing, comprising a mounting bracket and a machine body. The surface of the machine body is provided with a juice outlet and a material outlet. This invention uses a cylinder to drive a separation disc to vertically compress a steel wire mesh onto the raw material. Simultaneously, a servo motor drives the separation blades and wall scraper to rotate at high speed, cutting and centrifugally separating the fruit pulp that passes through the steel wire mesh. Combined with the continuous scraping of the inner wall of the separation disc by the wall scraper, all the fruit pulp can be discharged directionally through the fruit pulp discharge pipe, achieving efficient separation of fruit pulp and pits. Furthermore, during the separation process, when the bottom of the telescopic sleeve touches the pressure sensor, the cylinder automatically retracts, and the feeding pipe reopens to replenish the material, realizing intermittent automatic feeding and quantitative compression cycle control. This avoids the problem of pit breakage or incomplete separation due to excessive accumulation of raw materials or excessive pressure, significantly improving the stability and continuity of fruit pulp separation.
