Robot end effector quick change device

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of end effector technology, and provides a quick-change device for robot end effectors, comprising a frame, a rotating frame, and end effector placement components. The rotating frame is rotatably mounted on the frame. Several end effector placement components are disposed on the outer side of the rotating frame, spaced circumferentially along the rotating frame. Each component is used to hold end effectors of the same or different specifications and functions. The quick-change device for robot end effectors provided by this invention utilizes the frame for stable support, the rotating frame for workstation switching, and the circumferentially arranged end effector placement components to integrate and store multiple models of end effectors while reserving space for type change. This achieves orderly storage of multiple models of end effectors and rapid, continuous type change, allowing the robot to complete unloading and retrieval at a single fixed workstation. This solves the technical problems of large space occupation, long changeover paths, and low changeover efficiency in related technologies.
