Abstract

This invention discloses a modular repair fixture for Epson 3200 printheads, comprising a printhead body, replaceable nozzle modules, a printhead fixing clamp, a module positioning seat, an automatic welding fixture, and a glue application thickness control mold. The printhead body is equipped with multiple independently detachable and replaceable nozzle modules; the printhead fixing clamp is used to clamp and position the printhead body during module replacement, welding, and glue application processes; the module positioning seat is used to support and position the printhead body and nozzle modules; the automatic welding fixture enables rapid welding of replaced nozzle modules within 10-15 seconds; the glue application thickness control mold controls the glue layer thickness within the range of 0.05mm-0.15mm through support points. This invention reduces repair costs through modular design, achieves full-process positioning through a dedicated fixing clamp, and improves repair efficiency and yield through rapid welding and precise glue application, making it suitable for the repair and refurbishment processes of Epson 3200 series industrial printheads.
