Abstract

This invention discloses a material conveying device for machining mechanical parts, relating to the field of machining and transportation technology for mechanical parts. The device comprises a vehicle body, a support cylinder fixed to its top, a support cavity tube slidably connected to the top of the support cylinder, a pallet fixed to the top of the support cavity tube, an outer support plate fixed to the top side of the vehicle body, and a clamping component disposed on the top of the vehicle body and located on the bottom side of the pallet. This invention can convert the inertial force generated during vehicle start-up, acceleration, and deceleration into a power source that enhances clamping force. The greater the inertia, the greater the force of the counterweight ball pushing the piston plate, and the stronger the clamping force of the clamping rod on the container, achieving an inertia-adaptive clamping effect. It can also further shield and buffer the blank material container, preventing the blank material container from falling due to inertia. This allows the trolley to quickly transport mechanical part blanks, while ensuring the stability of the container during rapid movement, thus improving handling efficiency.
