Abstract

This invention discloses an anti-fogging film comprising an outer layer and an inner layer. The inner layer is formed from raw materials containing the following components: 90-110 parts by weight of a polyolefin base resin, 5-15 parts by weight of an anti-fogging agent masterbatch, and 2-8 parts by weight of a functionalized modified masterbatch. The functionalized modified masterbatch comprises a polymer formed by graft copolymerization of a dynamically crosslinking functional monomer and maleimide-based azobenzene with a polyolefin. Preferably, the dynamically crosslinking functional monomer is selected from at least one of acrylate monomers containing disulfide bonds or acrylate monomers containing borate ester bonds. This invention constructs a migration regulation mechanism for the anti-fogging agent by introducing a dynamically crosslinking network and azobenzene groups. Under normal conditions, it inhibits excessive migration of the anti-fogging agent and activates its migration when humidity changes, thereby achieving a long-lasting anti-fogging effect. Simultaneously, the film body is a fully polyolefin structure, exhibiting excellent environmental friendliness.
