Abstract
This invention discloses an ultrafast SERS detection method based on a curvature singularity probe, belonging to the field of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) detection. The detection method uses a two-dimensional MnPS3 substrate with a curvature singularity probe structure as its substrate. Upon contact with the sample solution, it achieves second-level adsorption and enrichment of molecules, enabling ultrafast trace detection. Furthermore, organic molecules can be used to chemically modify the surface of the curvature singularity probe structure. Based on the synergistic effect of the local electromagnetic field enhancement mechanism and the chemical enhancement mechanism in the probe tip region, ultrafast detection of trace target analytes is achieved at the second level. This detection method has extremely high application value in environmental pollutant screening, food safety monitoring, biomedical diagnostics, and on-site emergency analysis.
